Cost: $250 – includes registration, transport, activities and meals

Departing: 4:00PM Thursday 1st October at Connect Church

Collection Time: 3:00PM Saturday 3rd October at Connect Church

Accommodation: Cabins

Travel Arrangements: Bus to venue and return

I give permission for my child to attend Camp Collective 2026, October 1 - 3. I hereby release all staff and volunteers from any liability and costs incurred in case of accident and/or injury.

I understand that if my child is misbehaving and not obeying reasonable camp rules, I will be contacted to come and collect my child or arrange alternative transport home, at my own costs. I understand that all information is treated as confidential. Collective Society adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles and the ACC Child Protection Policy.
